The definition of entry-level performance bike in India today can be fairly summarized as follows:
1. 0-100 Acceleration in ~10 Seconds
2. Top Speed ~150 kph
3. Decent Tyres (at least 100 mm P rated Front Tyre and 140 mm H rated Rear)
Basically above points are an attempt at defining entry-level performance and decent handling. Now, the cheapest bike fulfilling this criteria is:

Reason #1: FZ 25 has better 0-100 Acceleration than R15S
Duke 200 has even better acceleration than the FZ 25, although FZ's top speed is higher.

It is easily possible to find a decent FZ25 or a 200 Duke for 60,000 Rupees on OLX (Set aside an additional 10,000 Rs. for Service & Repairs)
Invest 10,000 Rupees on W Rated (270 kph capable) Tyres like the Apollo Alpha H1
R15's tyres are considerably worse than any W-RATED Tyres, Do Not Forget this!
Conclusion: You now have better PERFORMANCE & better HANDLING motorcycle in your garage for 1.2 Lakh Rupees less than a Brand New R15S!!!
